Prior to founding European Estates in 2000, Alf, together with his wife Bala, ran an award winning Dive Centre in Fethiye for fifteen years. Seizing the new challenge of moving into the property sector has proved just as successful so far. Alf heads our Commercial Department as well as overseeing the running of the company.

Bala is based in our Fethiye office and assumes overall responsibility for the Accounts and Legal Department. This includes processing all the legal documents necessary for property transactions and dealing with customers accounts.
Also heading the Property Management and Maintenance Department, Bala will arrange and oversee any caretaking or maintenance work that may be needed on your home.
Bala is Turkish, she speaks fluent English, and together with her husband Alf, oversees the the running of the company.

Working year round in the Fethiye Office Kate is always available to accompany customers on property viewings and to answer any customer enquiries by phone, email, or in person. As well as keeping the website constantly updated Kate assists with Property Management, keeping an eye on customers' properties whilst they are out of the country.
Kate holds dual British/Turkish Nationality and has lived in Turkey for fourteen years.

Raol carries out and oversees any alterations and maintenance work that may be required by our customers. Raol holds dual German/Turkish Nationality, speaks fluent English, Turkish and German, and has lived in Turkey for over eighteen years.
